I’m Sarnia Ogidan

A pregnancy and postpartum movement coach, mom, and motivator passionate about helping women move with strength, confidence, and purpose.

After my own difficult postpartum recovery, I made it my mission to learn everything I could about preparing the body for the real demands of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Along the way, I earned advanced certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness and had the incredible honor of teaching and speaking at places like the National Institutes of Health, Merck & Co., and the American Diabetes Association.

Today, my greatest passion is walking alongside moms like you — helping you build strength, trust your body, and move with joy through every season of motherhood. Whether you’re preparing for birth, restoring after baby, or simply finding your own rhythm again, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
